Compensation: $175,000 – $225,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Develop and manage end-to-end corporate financial planning, including long-range planning and rolling forecasts.
• Own the monthly and quarterly close cycle, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Evolve the FP&A toolset, BI integrations, and data models to support scalable reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to align goals, drive decision-making, and ensure financial integrity.
• Deliver actionable insights by identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total experience with significant time in corporate FP&A at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven experience owning annual planning, long-range planning, and budget vs. actuals.
• Expertise in implementing and managing modern FP&A planning tools and model design.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills, specifically with integrated 3-statement models in Google Sheets.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA as this is an in-person role.

Nice to have

• Accounting background or CPA certification.
• Fluency in SaaS and ARR-based business models.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Hex, Tableau, Looker, and SQL.
