What you will do

• Develop and own detailed, data-driven financial models and ad-hoc analytical projects to support strategic decision-making.
• Create and monitor KPI dashboards to track business performance and communicate trends to management.
• Execute timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in collaboration with the accounting team.
• Perform variance analyses to ensure fiscal responsibility and recommend continuous improvements.
• Prepare QBR, Board, and investor-related materials and presentations.
• Automate and streamline FP&A processes using AI and agentic tools to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (Engineering, Math, CS).
• 5+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field.
• Expert financial modeling skills and extensive experience in quantitative analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI.
• Must be located in the Continental US.

• MBA or similar advanced degree.
