What you will do

• Support monthly rolling forecasts for operating expenses, capital expenditures, and headcount.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, and Marketing leaders to assist in the annual budgeting process.
• Perform monthly variance analysis to identify key business drivers and impacts.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for finance leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team during month-end close to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, or financial consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and EPM tools (Anaplan, NSPB).
• Ability to distill complex financial concepts into simple language for non-finance stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience querying data using SQL.
