What you will do

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and periodic reporting activities for Field Finance.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and reporting to support leadership initiatives.
• Consolidate data from ERP, CRM, and other financial systems to support monthly targets and backlog reviews.
• Assist with monthly close processes, including variance analysis and preparation of reporting packages.
• Compile large data sets into clear and concise insights for finance and field stakeholders.
• Partner with operations stakeholders to understand business drivers and support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance role.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or BI tools is preferred.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA
