Program Finance Analyst

Location: Must be based in the United States; role involves a hybrid schedule with partial remote work and periodic attendance at a hirify.global facility in Liverpool, NY.

Salary: $60,600 – $120,750 per year (based on location and experience).

What you will do

• Establish performance management budgets and track actuals versus budget.
• Perform earned value analysis and reporting for assigned programs.
• Consolidate financial results including orders, sales, EBIT, and cash flow.
• Support proposal development, basis of estimate, and contract negotiations.
• Develop actionable financial recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial analysis and accounting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Cobra, Hyperion, or PM Compass.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting.
• Experience with government accounting requirements and various contract types.
