What you will do
- Initiate and facilitate state licensing activities for various clinician types including physicians, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health professionals.
- Perform white-glove licensing support to ensure clinicians maintain active credentials.
- Maintain accurate clinician information to meet regulatory and partner obligations.
- Manage tools and resources for license management, including CME/CEU tracking and renewals.
- Collaborate with clinical care managers to provide logistical support and resolve licensing obstacles.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support special regulatory-related projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience directly licensing clinicians, preferably across both medical and behavioral health license types.
- Strong results orientation with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage highly confidential information.
- Must be based in the United States to align with company geographic compensation zones.
