What you will do

• Manage the full DME order lifecycle from referral to fulfillment.
• Audit prescriptions and Standard Written Orders for CMS/MAC regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to secure necessary clinical documentation.
• Monitor pending orders to minimize turnaround times and resolve bottlenecks.
• Handle high-volume communications with patients and medical offices.
• Maintain meticulous client files in accordance with HIPAA and privacy policies.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient services, or referral coordination.
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for patient and provider interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a remote startup environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot CRM or DME EHR systems.
