What you will do
- Execute lead-sourcing strategies and outreach via cold-calling and digital channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing and account management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption.
- Balance time effectively between prospecting, closing, and upselling activities.
- Communicate the value proposition of Revolut Business to potential clients.
- Develop deep expertise in financial product positioning and market-specific solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian required.
- Must be a university graduate from the class of 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Strong communication and articulation skills, particularly over the phone.
- Impeccable written communication for email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Drive to build a career in a high-performance sales environment.
- Interest in the financial industry.
