What you will do

  • Execute lead-sourcing strategies and outreach via cold-calling and digital channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing and account management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption.
  • Balance time effectively between prospecting, closing, and upselling activities.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Revolut Business to potential clients.
  • Develop deep expertise in financial product positioning and market-specific solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Italian required.
  • Must be a university graduate from the class of 2024, 2025, or 2026.
  • Strong communication and articulation skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Impeccable written communication for email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Drive to build a career in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Interest in the financial industry.
