What you will do

• Build the sales infrastructure and commercial processes from the ground up.
• Drive merchant acquisition and lead direct sales conversations.
• Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to optimize targeting.
• Design CRM architecture, operational processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Establish key commercial metrics and develop forecasting models.
• Create comprehensive sales playbooks and operating procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales within payments, fintech, or SaaS industries.
• Proven track record of building sales functions or territories from scratch.
• Strong understanding of CRM design, pipeline management, and GTM execution.
• Experience working across multiple lead generation channels.
• Data-driven approach to metrics and commercial decision-making.
• Languages: English and Russian required.
