What you will do

• Contribute to projects aimed at standardizing and harmonizing global HR processes.

• Create engaging presentations and intranet content to communicate digital topics.
• Plan, organize, and moderate international workshops and team meetings.

Requirements

• Enrolled in an advanced study program in business administration, informatics, data science, or a comparable field.
• English: C1+ proficiency required.
• German: B2 level required.
• Strong interest in digital technologies, modern HR systems, and artificial intelligence.
• Confidence in using MS Office and familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
