What you will do

  • Lead the preparation and coordination of first-day agendas for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee profiles and HR data within the HiBob HRIS.
  • Prepare administrative documentation for internal transfers and employee mobility.
  • Assist in managing and communicating employee benefits and entitlements.
  • Provide timely and accurate support for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and build AI tools (e.g., Claude skills).

Requirements

  • Must be based in Berlin for hybrid office attendance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong time management, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist team members.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Proficiency in German.
