• Support the performance management process throughout the employee life cycle, including goal setting and evaluations.
• Prepare data visualizations, analyses, and presentations to inform people-related decisions.
• Coordinate Career Development meetings and manage stakeholder communications.
• Maintain and update people data in Excel and internal communication platforms.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled HR technologies.

Требования

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student at an institution of higher learning.
• Very good command of German and English is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ideally, some prior experience in HR or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Munich.
