Senior Labor Relations Manager

What you will do

• Manage relationships and consultation processes with Works Councils and employee representative bodies across Germany, the Netherlands, France, and the UK.
• Develop company agreements and support sustainable outcomes for the business and employees.
• Manage Germany’s co-determination processes and facilitate discussions on modern working practices, IT systems, health, and wellbeing.
• Support French Social and Economic Committee proceedings and UK employee forums.
• Establish new Works Councils or employee representative bodies across EMEA, including election, governance, and engagement processes.
• Coach business leaders, address potential employee-relations friction, and implement scalable AI-driven labor relations programs with Centers of Excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in human resources, business programs or processes, or a related field; alternatively, a relevant bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Extensive labor or industrial relations experience and a track record of maintaining high-trust relationships with employee representative bodies.
• Deep familiarity with the German Works Council Act (BetrVG) and the Netherlands Works Council Act (WOR).
• Foundational understanding of the French Labor Code as it applies to smaller CSE structures.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and business communication skills.

• Professional fluency in English and German.
• French or Dutch language skills.
