What you will do

  • Support HR management for the GAS region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Manage recruiting workflows via SmartRecruiters, including job postings and background checks.
  • Process monthly payroll changes, starters, leavers, and employee lifecycle events (promotions, transfers).
  • Maintain employee databases in SAP and manage HR documentation archives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding benefits, payroll, and taxation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and inclusive culture programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR, payroll, or administrative coordination supporting the German market.
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professional discretion.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Frankfurt, Germany.
  • Initiative in adopting AI tools to enhance daily workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.
  • Experience supporting payroll processes.
  • Knowledge of HR practices within a matrix organization.
