What you will do

• Gain insight into HR Business, HR Service, and HR Recruiting while supporting employee recruitment.
• Create and place attractive job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
• Assist HR business partners with operational tasks, including creating references, contracts, certificates, and presentations.
• Maintain HR master data and time management records using SAP.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in economics or social sciences.
• Initial practical experience in human resources (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
• Ability to communicate in German or English.
