What you will do

• Lead on-site onboarding and guide managers through probation evaluations.
• Coordinate and own annual performance and salary review cycles.
• Manage absence processes, return-to-work conversations, and local workplace risk assessments.
• Lead local benefits strategy, including selection, provider contracts, and budget management.
• Conduct payroll reviews and coordinate payment release with the HR Hub.
• Own end-to-end recruitment coordination, including headcount planning and pipeline tracking.

Requirements

• Professional experience in an HR Manager, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of German labour law and HR best practices.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Experience with HRIS tools (HiBob is a plus) and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Hamburg.
