What you will do
- Lead technical discovery calls to identify prospect pain points in identity sprawl and cloud security.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations for multi-cloud environments and DevOps toolchains.
- Own end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements, defining success criteria and guiding implementation.
- Partner with account executives to develop technical strategies and respond to RFPs.
- Evangelize platform capabilities like Just-in-Time access and Zero Standing Privileges.
- Translate field feedback into product improvements by collaborating with engineering teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar pre-sales role.
- Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM and enterprise identity providers like Okta, Entra ID, or Ping Identity.
- Proficiency with REST APIs and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Shell.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong consultative selling skills with experience managing complex enterprise evaluations.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure.
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell or Bash.
- Familiarity with secrets management solutions like HashiCorp Vault.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR.
