What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery calls to identify prospect pain points in identity sprawl and cloud security.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations for multi-cloud environments and DevOps toolchains.
  • Own end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements, defining success criteria and guiding implementation.
  • Partner with account executives to develop technical strategies and respond to RFPs.
  • Evangelize platform capabilities like Just-in-Time access and Zero Standing Privileges.
  • Translate field feedback into product improvements by collaborating with engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar pre-sales role.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM and enterprise identity providers like Okta, Entra ID, or Ping Identity.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Shell.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, or GitHub Actions.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with experience managing complex enterprise evaluations.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure.
  • Scripting proficiency in PowerShell or Bash.
  • Familiarity with secrets management solutions like HashiCorp Vault.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR.
