TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving customer adoption and operationalization of the Wiz platform with an accent on cloud security architecture and strategic technical guidance. Location: Remote (USA). Applicants must have the legal right to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.

Salary: $100,000 — $125,000 USD (Base)

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor guiding customers through deployment, configuration, and operationalization of the Wiz platform.
  • Develop and track customer success plans with measurable goals aligned with security and compliance objectives.
  • Manage a book of up to 15 enterprise customers, driving utilization and ensuring high satisfaction to secure renewals.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers, resolving complex issues via email, meetings, and Slack.
  • Advocate for customers by documenting feature requests and liaising with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support revenue objectives in partnership with sales teams.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (TAM, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services).
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture for at least one CSP (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI).
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-security best practices.
  • Knowledge of DevOps technologies, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and version control.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of 5-10+ enterprise clients and building C-level relationships.
  • Legal right to work in the USA without visa sponsorship is required.
