TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing a portfolio of customer relationships to maximize business value and ensure long-term satisfaction with an accent on cybersecurity risk management and third-party risk. Focus on driving retention and expansion, facilitating executive-level connections, and growing annual recurring revenue (ARR).

Location: Remote (United States). Does not provide immigration sponsorship.

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 (base plus bonus)

What you will do

  • Align customer conversations with cybersecurity and risk management objectives to drive tactical execution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in the hirify.global platform and cybersecurity risk domains.
  • Drive retention and expansion within account portfolios, including accurate forecasting and sales collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer value through platform adoption and new use cases.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve the customer journey and refine tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Build and nurture relationships across the entire client organization, from daily users to the C-suite.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years in account management, customer success, or technical account management.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity or third-party risk management practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and meticulous organizational ability.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cyber insurance.
  • Proven success in strategic account planning, QBRs, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow annual recurring revenue (ARR) through consultative account management.
