What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, managing expectations and project updates.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness activities, including material availability and production milestones.
• Manage customer orders from operational handoff through fulfillment and deployment.
• Align internal teams across Manufacturing, Procurement, and Product Development with customer commitments.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase visibility, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in customer success, operations, manufacturing coordination, or supply chain.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience supporting customer-facing programs in manufacturing, consumer products, or fragrance environments.
• Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with production planning, order fulfillment, or S&OP processes.
• Proficiency with ERP, CRM, and project management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Fragrance & Flavor (F&F) industry.
• Experience supporting contract manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting product launches or customer deployment programs.
