Salary: $112,000–$145,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive supply and inventory replenishment plans over a 12 to 24-month horizon.
• Mentor and guide a team of planners and analysts to ensure material readiness and high performance.
• Own and report on critical supply chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy, working capital, and customer fill rates.
• Develop inventory strategies to insulate the business from logistics instability and supplier volatility.
• Drive S&OP/SIOP reporting and facilitate alignment between executive stakeholders.
• Design and optimize supply planning workflows to support the company's transition into a scalable enterprise.

Requirements

• 8+ years of supply chain planning experience in high-tech, robotics, or industrial manufacturing.
• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.
• Deep proficiency in IBP/SIOP, advanced MRP/ERP systems, and statistical forecasting.
• Advanced data visualization and reporting skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain.
• CPF, ACPF, or APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification.
