Salary: $108,500 – $201,500

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HRBP for leaders and managers across the R&D organization to support business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
• Coach managers on navigating people-related challenges with empathy and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement scalable programs.
• Utilize data and insights to identify trends and inform strategic HR decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience.
• BA or BS degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Experience supporting technical or engineering teams.
• Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to use data to drive action and influence leadership.
• Interest in leveraging AI and automation tools for HR efficiency.
