Salary: $108,500–$201,500

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience.
• BA or BS degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting technical or engineering teams.
• Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and apply critical thinking to complex problems.
• Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve HR effectiveness.
