Salary: $190,000 - $205,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide operational leadership for the national Rail & Transit practice, overseeing resource planning and financial performance.
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of project revenues and profitability.
• Lead major pursuit efforts and proposal responses for the Rail & Transit market.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with transit agencies, operators, and funding partners.
• Mentor and develop practice staff to support national scaling efforts.
• Direct marketing strategies and oversee the development of high-quality external presentations and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in business operations and/or business development.
• Prior experience in the rail, transit, or transportation industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing budgets.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work onsite with clients and partners as required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with public agency procurement and the Rail & Transit funding landscape.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA.
