Salary: $184,717 - $308,464 per year

What you will do
- Lead business development efforts in the California market to capture hydraulic modeling and system planning services.
- Manage the execution of water distribution and wastewater collection projects as the primary client-facing Project Manager.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through collaboration with Client Directors.
- Evaluate system capacity, condition, resilience, and water quality to develop risk-based capital improvement programs.
- Integrate asset management and condition assessment data into system master planning.
- Recruit and mentor new technical talent to grow execution teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License is required.
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in infrastructure assessment, hydraulic modeling, and master planning.
- Proficiency with GIS technology (ArcGIS), data analytics, and visualization software.
- Proven experience leading technical tasks, proposals, and client interviews.
- Must be based in or able to work from Sacramento, San Jose, or Walnut Creek, CA.
Nice to have
- Experience with asset management and condition assessment.
- Familiarity with dynamic data visualization tools like PowerBI.
- Proficiency with hydraulic modeling software such as InfoWorks, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, EPANet, or PCSWMM.
