• Drive growth and sales for infrastructure projects across Texas and beyond.
• Build and nurture client relationships while preparing winning proposals.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams in delivering technical field studies and regulatory tasks.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and technical delivery.
• Provide senior-level expertise on Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and other federal laws.
• Mentor and train junior and mid-level staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy, Science, Biology, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting or applicable fields.
• Demonstrated success in developing, winning, and managing environmental planning projects.
• Experience with environmental consulting practices and regulations specific to Texas.
• Must be based in Texas or a nearby state with the ability to travel to project sites.
