What you will do
- Drive growth and sales for infrastructure projects across Texas and beyond.
- Build and nurture client relationships while preparing winning proposals.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in delivering technical field studies and regulatory tasks.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and technical delivery.
- Provide senior-level expertise on Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and other federal laws.
- Mentor and train junior and mid-level staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy, Science, Biology, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting or applicable fields.
- Demonstrated success in developing, winning, and managing environmental planning projects.
- Experience with environmental consulting practices and regulations specific to Texas.
- Must be based in Texas or a nearby state with the ability to travel to project sites.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in an applicable field.
- Strong technical writing and QA/QC skills.
