What you will do

• Lead design for municipal infrastructure rehabilitation, including treatment facilities, pump stations, and water/wastewater systems.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and structural components of infrastructure projects.
• Manage project bidding, contractor coordination, construction oversight, and project financing.
• Troubleshoot system operations and develop plans for operational improvements.
• Serve as a technical authority and mentor junior engineers.
• Support clients in identifying funding sources and coordinating applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE Registration in Oregon or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• 15+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure.
• Proven leadership in infrastructure rehabilitation and utility coordination.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical field experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
