Salary: $132,000 - $171,600

What you will do
- Manage a team of Program Performance Management Analysts, providing coaching and mentorship.
- Lead performance management activities across multiple programs to align cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
- Oversee the development of Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Estimates at Completion (EAC).
- Drive EVMS implementation, compliance, reporting, and audit activities.
- Collaborate with program managers, finance, and engineering to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Establish performance dashboards and lead continuous improvement in automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in a technical, business, or U.S. government contractor environment.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading program planning, scheduling, and EVMS activities on DoD programs.
- Expertise in Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) maintenance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a government security investigation.

- Experience with Microsoft Project, SSI, Cobra, and Oracle.
