What you will do

• Direct all phases of the USW program life cycle, from requirements definition to execution and closeout.
• Provide subject matter expertise in undersea warfare systems, tactics, and technology to guide technical decisions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between government customers, prime contractors, and internal functional teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, cost baselines, and funding forecasts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while leading issue resolution forums.
• Prepare and deliver executive briefings and technical assessments to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive program management experience in undersea warfare, submarine systems, or related naval domains.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle and program management processes.
• Experience supporting Navy Program Management Office, NAVSEA, or equivalent DoD acquisition organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating complex technical content for senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior U.S. Navy service in a submarine, ASW, or USW-related warfare community.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or MBA.
• Experience leading large government programs.
