What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program deliverables, performance tracking, and customer statement of work execution.
  • Manage contractual data requirements, financial baselining, spend planning, and risk management across the program.
  • Prioritize weekly and monthly tasking across multiple internal organizations and functional teams.
  • Lead financial performance oversight for program-level accounts and subsystem leads.
  • Implement business rhythms including staff meetings, operating reviews, and annual planning cycles.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations and process reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required to start.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management or planning within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong understanding of DFARs-based contracts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using MS Project for labor-loaded integrated schedules.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or engineering or equivalent experience.
