What you will do

• Lead major proposal efforts and manage the full lifecycle of assigned programs.
• Maintain profit and loss responsibility, including budget control and financial forecasting.
• Negotiate sole source contracts and manage changes in scope.
• Develop and execute risk management plans, including risk registers and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Business Development, Contracts, Procurement, Production, Finance, and Engineering.
• Present program status, proposals, and business strategies to management and customers.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required due to U.S. Government contractual requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business/Marketing with technical program experience.
• 8–10 years of program management experience in an aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple programs simultaneously with annual revenues exceeding $30M USD.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience with ETC/EAC and TINA-compliant cost volume submissions.
• Experience in contract negotiations on sole source contracts greater than $2M USD.
