What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned programs, including P&L responsibility and financial projections.
• Lead major proposal efforts, including cost volume preparation and pricing recommendations.
• Conduct contract negotiations and manage changes in scope for sole source contracts.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate efforts across internal departments including Engineering, Finance, and Production.
• Provide mentorship and direction to lower-level program managers.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is a requirement due to U.S. Government contractual obligations.
• 8–10 years of program management experience in a technical manufacturing environment within the aerospace/defense industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple programs simultaneously with annual revenues exceeding $30M USD.
• In-depth understanding of program financials, including ETC and EAC development.
• Experience with TINA-compliant cost volume submissions and sole source contract negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
