Compensation: $170,000 - $220,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end deal process including quoting, approvals, and bookings for the enterprise portfolio.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex transactions, balancing business growth with financial guardrails.
- Manage the transition from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud Advanced with a mid-August go-live.
- Design and enforce pricing frameworks, discount guardrails, and deal policies.
- Lead and develop the Deal Desk team, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Collaborate with RevOps leadership on go-to-market strategy and commercial optimization.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to the NY Metro area.
- 5-10+ years of experience in Deal Desk or Revenue Operations, with leadership experience required for the Director level.
- Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, ARR/NRR, and revenue recognition.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ; experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced is a differentiator.
- Ability to manage high-performing sales teams and enforce commercial policy consistently.
