hirify.global (DSA) supports full-cycle hiring for cleared and technical programs in a fast-paced GovCon environment.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end: intake, sourcing, screens, offer acceptance, and onboarding handoff.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, build hiring timelines, and set sourcing strategy.
  • Source and engage candidates using Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Screen candidates and assess technical, cultural, and clearance fit; manage pipelines and drive interview processes to closure.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication across stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate tracking, scorecards, and reporting in Greenhouse; use AI tools (Copilot and recruiting automation) to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in the cleared recruiting environment.
  • Experience working in Greenhouse-driven structured recruiting workflows.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
  • Experience using AI to enhance recruiting performance (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or an approved equivalent AI solution).
  • Strong pipeline discipline and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-accountability environment.
