TL;DR

Senior Technical Recruiter (AI): Managing full-cycle recruitment for product, design, and engineering teams with an accent on building robust, unbiased interview processes and sourcing strategies. Focus on partnering with hiring managers to design end-to-end recruiting strategies and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Location: Must be based in the US or Canada (Offices available in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle).

Salary: $160,000 – $200,000

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial sourcing to offer delivery.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop deep understanding of needs and create innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Design and implement unbiased interview processes to ensure equal opportunities for all candidates.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with proactive communication and thoughtful process management.
  • Track search metrics and provide weekly updates to hiring managers and the recruiting team.
  • Participate in cross-functional People projects including Employer Branding and Recruiting Ops.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience with at least 2-3 years at a fast-scaling software company.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
  • Proven experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, and Gem.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse or Ashby.
