TL;DR

Senior Recruiter (Corporate): Managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse corporate functions with an accent on Trust & Safety hiring and strategic pipeline development. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Dallas office 3 days/week

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, and Trust & Safety functions.
  • Develop deep fluency in Trust & Safety roles to effectively screen and assess candidates.
  • Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using AI-enabled tools and Boolean search.
  • Build and refine structured interview rubrics, scorecards, and assessment frameworks.
  • Partner with leadership to provide data-driven offer guidance and market insights.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and strengthen employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience in tech or high-growth environments.
  • Must be able to work in the Dallas office 3 days per week.
  • Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions and seniority levels simultaneously.
  • Experience with Trust & Safety, policy, or compliance recruiting.
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, AI talent platforms, and ATS tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
  • Ability to use recruiting metrics to drive decisions and present insights to leadership.
