What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition through hire, maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Leverage AI tools to source, prescreen, and pipeline candidates effectively.
• Coordinate interviews, verify security clearances, and negotiate offer letters.
• Ensure all candidate applications are dispositioned within 24 hours in the ATS.
• Participate in talent team meetings and ad hoc proposal staffing efforts.
• Attend virtual and on-site hiring events as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional staffing or recruiting experience.
• US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain Public Trust or security clearance.
• Hands-on experience with iCIMS and major job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed.
• Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume hiring needs.
• Experience working with both cleared and uncleared programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Federal Civilian agency recruiting experience (e.g., USCG, NIH, FDA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot.
• Knowledge of EEOC policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
