Location: Must be based in the United States (Fully remote).
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 Annually

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition through hire, maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Leverage AI tools to source, prescreen, and pipeline candidates effectively.
- Coordinate interviews, verify security clearances, and negotiate offer letters.
- Ensure all candidate applications are dispositioned within 24 hours in the ATS.
- Participate in talent team meetings and ad hoc proposal staffing efforts.
- Attend virtual and on-site hiring events as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional staffing or recruiting experience.
- US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain Public Trust or security clearance.
- Hands-on experience with iCIMS and major job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed.
- Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume hiring needs.
- Experience working with both cleared and uncleared programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Federal Civilian agency recruiting experience (e.g., USCG, NIH, FDA).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot.
- Knowledge of EEOC policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
