What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles including Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and Operations Research.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive efficient, high-quality hiring decisions.
• Proactively source elite passive talent within the AI and defense sectors, focusing on candidates with security clearance eligibility.
• Refine and elevate the candidate experience through improved interview processes and feedback loops.
• Support the evolution of onboarding programs to create a scalable, day-one ready experience for new hires.
• Identify and resolve friction points in the employee lifecycle, including offboarding and data integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced technology environment.
• Proven ability to manage the entire talent funnel from intake to complex offer negotiations.
• Strong interest in People Operations and process building from the ground up.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and comfortable navigating defense-tech talent landscapes.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for cleared roles.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and Onboarding.
• Familiarity with PEO environments.
