What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, AI/ML, and Data Science.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and drive efficient hiring decisions.
• Build pipelines of elite passive talent, specifically targeting candidates with security clearances.
• Refine interview processes and feedback mechanisms to elevate candidate experience.
• Support the evolution of onboarding programs and resolve friction points in the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage the entire talent funnel and handle complex offer negotiations.
• Strong interest in People Operations and process improvement.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for cleared roles or within government contracting.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and Onboarding.
• Experience working within a PEO environment.
