What you will do

  • Own a seven-figure new business quota and manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles.
  • Build and maintain a target account list of 40–60 enterprise healthcare staffing firms.
  • Execute a full-cycle sales motion for deals ranging from $250K to $2M+.
  • Partner with GTM leadership and the CEO on strategic deals and account planning.
  • Provide structured market feedback to influence product priorities and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast hygiene in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS or tech-enabled enterprise sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience carrying a seven-figure quota.
  • Direct experience selling background screening, HR tech, or compliance-heavy solutions.
  • Existing relationships within healthcare staffing or regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline through self-directed outbound and network activation.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AI-native or agentic AI products.
  • History of working in founder-led sales environments.
