What you will do

• Conduct in-home energy assessments and basic quality checks in occupied homes.
• Inspect insulation, weatherization, and existing electrical or natural gas HVAC equipment.
• Document findings and write detailed Home Energy Assessments outlining necessary repairs.
• Review contractor bids and invoices for program eligibility.
• Communicate clearly with English- and Spanish-speaking homeowners in person and via reports.
• Participate in community outreach events to explain energy-saving programs.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
• BPI Building Analyst Technician certification (required)
• 4-8 years of experience in home performance, energy efficiency, or residential construction.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including THC).
