What you will do

• Own core SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, and CAC.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, ARR waterfalls, and scenario analyses.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on pipeline and forecasting.
• Lead budgeting cycles and provide variance commentary on actuals versus plan.
• Prepare high-visibility board and executive materials from raw data to final presentation.
• Validate source data integrity to ensure decision-ready insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or finance, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep fluency in SaaS metrics and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and SQL.
• Strong storytelling skills for board-level presentations.
• Sharp, structured thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong English proficiency required.
