What you will do

  • Maintain and scale complex revenue forecasting models, tracking ARR, MRR, churn, expansion, and LTV.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly variance analyses (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast) to identify performance drivers.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to track pipeline health and pricing strategies.
  • Own the preparation of financial decks and commentary for quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards highlighting critical SaaS metrics and strategic growth.
  • Support executive leadership with ad-hoc financial modeling, M&A scenarios, and long-range planning.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Strategic Analytics.
  • Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, or venture/PE-backed companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for complex financial modeling and large datasets.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides for professional visual storytelling and formatting.

Nice to have

  • Experience with financial planning software such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Mosaic.
  • Proficiency with BI tools like Sigma or PowerBI.
