What you will do

• Manage budgets, rolling forecasts, and actual vs. budget analysis for assigned OPEX departments.
• Own end-to-end financial planning, including headcount and operating expenses.
• Act as a strategic business partner and advisor to business unit management and senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial and operational models and procedures.
• Design, automate, and optimize FP&A systems to support a fast-growing business environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting & control
• BA in Economics or Accounting.
• Proven experience partnering with senior management for business units or departments.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Experience using AI tools as part of FP&A workflows.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and financial planning systems (Pigment preferred).
