What you will do

• Act as the primary finance partner for pharmaceutical manufacturing costs, packaging, and R&D.
• Mine data to identify opportunities to improve cost structure and unit economics.
• Own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for product costs, driving variance analysis and margin insights.
• Build dynamic models to evaluate the end-to-end financial impacts of cost changes and supplier decisions.
• Support financial planning and expense management for R&D, aligning with FP&A forecast submissions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial and operational processes as the business scales.

Requirements

• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance or a related analytic field.
• 4+ years of experience manipulating large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments where problems are not clearly defined.
• Strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and a track record of delivering results through collaboration.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with SQL, Python, or Looker.
