What you will do

• Prepare and analyze transportation and warehousing cost results, including freight and distribution expenses.
• Analyze monthly variances and root causes across actuals, estimates, and plans.
• Develop KPIs to improve visibility into transportation and warehouse performance metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost efficiency and service level maintenance.
• Support annual planning, strategic forecasting, and budget processes.
• Manage freight bill reviews, accrual validations, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong financial acumen with fundamental knowledge of GAAP and financial controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Ability to translate complex cost data into clear business insights.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, or Power BI.
• Previous experience in data visualization tools.
