What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert in high current testing, including test planning, setup design, and execution.
• Develop new test methods and custom setups to expand laboratory capabilities.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client expectations are met.
• Prepare technical proposals, define scopes, and provide pricing support.
• Engage with utilities and OEMs to build relationships and support business growth.
• Mentor junior engineers and technologists while fostering a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in high current testing or power systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with testing, setup design, and problem-solving.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for external representation and client engagement.
