Electrical Engineering Advanced

Location: Mississauga, Canada

Salary: $112,400–$162,400 annual base pay, plus a target annual cash incentive of 12% of base pay.

What you will do

• Assist in the design and development of core hardware platforms and prepare documentation and integration guidelines for product teams.
• Analyze product requirements and roadmaps to evaluate and select next-generation chipsets.
• Manage the approved vendor list and collaborate with procurement to maintain technical alignment and supply chain robustness.
• Drive full-lifecycle platform development and ensure compliance with signal and power integrity requirements.
• Partner with mechanical, software, and RF engineering teams to resolve system constraints and support design for manufacturability.
• Apply foundational AI and advanced prompting knowledge to modern chipset technologies and engineering automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in electrical hardware design and systems architecture.
• Experience with full-lifecycle hardware platform development, signal integrity, and power integrity reviews.
• Ability to collaborate across electrical, mechanical, software, RF, procurement, and product development functions.
