Salary: $117,000–$154,000

What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of curriculum developers and contractors to build an inclusive culture.
- Translate content strategy into actionable development plans and project roadmaps.
- Set and uphold high standards for pedagogy, technical accuracy, and content quality.
- Drive innovation by incorporating AI into content-development workflows.
- Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to align on goals.
- Maintain close ties with teachers and students to ground content decisions in real-world needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in K-12 curriculum development at scale.
- 2+ years of experience in people management or team leadership.
- Fluency in at least one text-based programming language (Python or JavaScript).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Must work within the continental United States.
- Willingness to travel at least twice per year for team events.
