Location: Must be based in the continental United States (Remote or Seattle, WA).

Salary: $117,000–$154,000

What you will do

  • Manage and mentor a team of curriculum developers and contractors to build an inclusive culture.
  • Translate content strategy into actionable development plans and project roadmaps.
  • Set and uphold high standards for pedagogy, technical accuracy, and content quality.
  • Drive innovation by incorporating AI into content-development workflows.
  • Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to align on goals.
  • Maintain close ties with teachers and students to ground content decisions in real-world needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in K-12 curriculum development at scale.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management or team leadership.
  • Fluency in at least one text-based programming language (Python or JavaScript).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Must work within the continental United States.
  • Willingness to travel at least twice per year for team events.
