Salary: $86,000 – $108,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Conduct learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and define measurable learning objectives.
• Design and develop e-learning and instructor-led training materials using the ADDIE model.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform existing content into interactive and accessible modules.
• Build assessments and learning evaluations aligned with Bloom’s Taxonomy and Kirkpatrick models.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to support storyboarding, scripting, and instructional design workflows.
• Utilize LMS platforms to deploy, track, and optimize learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design and digital learning development.
• Proven portfolio of e-learning materials developed using Articulate or equivalent software.
• Practical application of ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick evaluation models.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted instructional design tools and workflows.
• Must be based in Canada.
